With over 35 years combined experience in Employment Law, HR and Litigation, there isn't much we haven't seen!
Our combined skills have seen us advise and undertake issues such as redundancy and TUPE processes, chair and be the decision-maker at grievance, disciplinary and appeal hearings, manage long-term sickness absences, provide and navigate sensitive settlement negotiations with employees to name but a few.

We have a real passion for what we do, whether that be providing on site support for special projects, or at the other end of an email giving advice. We achieve this by utilising our knowledge and years of experience in the profession, ensuring at all times our clients are given a jargon free, expert service.

Caroline has been specialising in employment law and HR for a long time now both in employment, where her last role was Group HR Director, and also founding her own consultancies leading client delivery.

If you ask her how she got into HR she will happily tell you she fell into the career by accident but quickly realised how much she loved it!
​​Almost 20 years later she has built up a vast range of experience in many industries, established longstanding clients that all have differing needs and has dealt with all sorts of situations, some of which you wouldn't believe!​

She works very hard to consider and provide not only expert advice, but also the right results for her clients taking into account risk factors and end goals.​​

Caroline typically works with alphr’s retained clients, ensuring she builds meaningful, trusting and long term partnerships, all whilst working behind the scenes to provide the support needed.
Nitu is an experienced HR Consultant with over 15 years’ expertise gained across law firms handling Employment Tribunal claims, HR consultancies, and over the last 8 years, working independently to deliver specialist HR project support to a wide range of businesses.
Her passion for Employment Law ignited at law school, where everything simply clicked. She chose to specialise in this area, and that decision has shaped her career ever since.
She is known for building strong, trusted relationships and for offering creative, pragmatic solutions that keep clients one step ahead.
Nitu mainly works with alphr’s consultancy clients providing a results-oriented, commercially astute, and skilled project service. She brings a wealth of knowledge, a calm and confident approach, and a genuine commitment to supporting her clients in the most effective way possible.
