Flexible Working is going to be a day one right!

Under the new Regulations and from 6th April 2024, an employee will be entitled to make a flexible working request from the first day of their employment – this replaces the current requirement of the employee requiring to have 26 weeks continuous service before an application for flexible working can be made.
